Question 1

What is TetherBase?

Accepted Answer

TetherBase is a trading-fee payback platform. When you open a partner-exchange account through our referral link (or trade from a wallet that uses our referral code on an on-chain exchange), the exchange shares part of your trading fees with us as affiliate commission, and we pay most of that share back to you in USDT. We never hold your funds and never have access to your exchange account or wallet.

Question 2

How much do I get back?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the exchange. Current payback rates: Gate 70%, Toobit 55%, Echobit 55%, OrangeX 55%, BingX 55%, Bitget 50%, MEXC 45%, OKX 20%, Bybit 20%, Binance 10%. The percentage applies to the net trading fee the exchange reports to us for your account. Rates follow each exchange's affiliate policy and are shown on every exchange page; the site is the source of truth if a rate changes.

Question 3

When is payback credited?

Accepted Answer

Once a day. Our system pulls the affiliate commission each partner exchange reports for your account and credits your TetherBase balance the same day. Exchanges report on their own schedules, so a trade made today usually appears within 24 to 48 hours. Your dashboard shows every credit with its date.

Question 4

How do I withdraw, and what is the minimum?

Accepted Answer

From your dashboard, request a withdrawal to your own wallet address on TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20. The minimum is 50 USDT. Each request is reviewed by our team and sent as USDT; you can follow its status in the withdrawal history.

Question 5

I already have an exchange account. Can I still get payback?

Accepted Answer

Only accounts opened through the TetherBase referral are tracked, because that is how the exchange attributes the commission. If your account was opened without a referral or under someone else's, most exchanges do not allow switching. Use "Check my UID" first: it tells you immediately whether the UID qualifies. If it does not, the exchange guide explains whether that exchange allows closing the account and re-registering.

Question 6

Do I need KYC?

Accepted Answer

On centralized exchanges (Binance, OKX, Toobit, Echobit, OrangeX, Bybit, Gate, MEXC, Bitget, BingX) yes: they require identity verification before you can trade, and payback is only calculated on verified accounts. An ID that is already verified at an exchange cannot be reused for a second account there. On-chain exchanges (Hyperliquid, Aster, EdgeX, Blackboard) have no KYC: you trade from your own wallet and link the wallet address instead of a UID.

Question 7

Why did I get no payback for a trade?

Accepted Answer

The usual reasons: the trade used a bonus or voucher (exchanges exclude those), the account is not linked to the TetherBase referral, the trade type is not covered by the exchange's affiliate program, or the exchange has not reported that day yet. If none of these apply, contact support with the exchange, your UID and the trade time.

Question 8

Is this safe? Is it allowed by the exchange?

Accepted Answer

TetherBase operates inside each exchange's official affiliate program. We receive your UID and the commission report the exchange sends to affiliates; we do not use API keys on your account and cannot trade or withdraw for you. Creating several accounts under your own code ("self-referral") is against exchange rules and is not what TetherBase does.

Question 9

Can I link more than one UID?

Accepted Answer

One UID (or wallet) per exchange per TetherBase account. You can link one account on each partner exchange and all of them accrue into the same balance.

Question 10

What counts as abuse?

Accepted Answer

Wash trading, click farming and other high-frequency patterns that exchanges treat as referral abuse. When an exchange stops paying commission on an account for that reason, TetherBase stops payback on it as well. Payback is also suspended if you close the exchange account that was opened with our referral.

Question 11

Can payback rates change?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rates depend on each exchange's affiliate terms and on participant caps some exchanges apply. Any change is shown on the exchange page as soon as it takes effect; payback already credited to your balance is not affected.

Question 12

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Reach us on Telegram through the link in the footer. For payback questions include the exchange, your UID and a screenshot of the trade.
