Official channels & impersonation warning

People have been contacted by individuals falsely claiming to represent TetherBase. This page lists every channel we actually operate, so you can verify any message before acting on it.

The one rule that settles every case

TetherBase never asks you to send money.

Funds only ever move to you, never from you. Anyone asking you to transfer crypto, cash or tokens in TetherBase's name is committing fraud, no matter what reason they give.

What TetherBase never does

  • Ask you to send crypto to a staff member, a personal wallet, or any address we give you
  • Accept deposits, holdings, or funds of any kind
  • Charge a fee, a signup payment, a membership, or a deposit to join
  • Ask for your exchange password, API keys, 2FA codes, or wallet seed phrase
  • Contact you by phone call, text message, or KakaoTalk to solicit funds
  • Use individual sales agents, recruiters, or personal representatives
  • Promise a fixed profit, a guaranteed return, or managed trading on your behalf

Our only official channels

We operate nothing else. No other phone number, messenger account, website, or individual is authorised to act for TetherBase.

  • Website

    https://tetherbase.io

The only place to sign up, link a UID, or withdraw. Check the domain character by character.

  • Telegram

    t.me/tetherbase_official

Our only messenger channel. Look-alike handles exist — compare it exactly.

  • Support enquiries

The contact form on this site. Every enquiry is answered here, never by phone.

What we do ask for — and what we never need

We ask for

Your exchange UID, once, entered by you on this site. A UID is an account number only: it gives no access to your funds and cannot be used to trade or withdraw.

We never need

Your exchange password, API keys, 2FA or SMS codes, wallet seed phrase, or remote access to your device. Anyone requesting these is not us.

How payback actually reaches you

  1. 01You register at an exchange through the referral link shown on this site.
  2. 02Where the exchange pays the payback itself, that is all — it arrives in your exchange account. Where TetherBase pays, you enter your exchange UID once on tetherbase.io.
  3. 03Where TetherBase pays, the exchange reports your trading fees to us and your payback accrues daily in your account here.
  4. 04You request a withdrawal yourself on this site, to a wallet address that you enter. Minimum 50 USDT.

No step in this process involves you sending anything to us, and no one contacts you to arrange it.

If someone has contacted you

  1. 01Do not send funds, and do not share account credentials or codes.
  2. 02Do not install any application or grant remote access to your device.
  3. 03Keep the messages, phone number, account handle and any wallet addresses they gave you.
  4. 04Report it to us through our support form so we can warn others.
  5. 05If you have already sent funds, contact your exchange and your local law enforcement immediately.

Verifying a message you received

If you are unsure whether a message is from us, assume it is not and check first. Send us the sender's handle or number through our support form and we will confirm. We will never be offended by the question, and a genuine message from us will still be there tomorrow — urgency is the most reliable sign of fraud.

TetherBase returns a share of trading fees you have already paid to an exchange. It does not hold, manage or invest customer funds, and it does not offer investment advice. Trading involves risk.
